You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary, but we'll keep you informed.

SHIPPING METHODS

We will ship the package within one business day of ordering.
We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options through our trusted carriers.
We also offer local hand delivery to areas within Queen Annes County, Maryland.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited (3 to 5 business days) and overnight shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Local hand delivery times range from 1 to 2 business days.

RATES & RESTRICTIONS

We charge flat rates for shipping: $12 standard, $15 expedited, and $25 overnight.
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 and free local deliveries.
We will deliver to select hospitals in Maryland (Annapolis, Baltimore, Easton, Chestertown).
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
